Currently Tom represents District 4. Mr. Rabon is a life-long resident of Brunswick County, having graduated from Brunswick County public schools. He is an Air Force veteran and retired postmaster. In addition to public service, Mr. Rabon is Treasurer at New Hope Presbyterian Church.
