    WORK HISTORY

    MAY, 1973—SEPTEMBER, 1977 - DEPUTY INSPECTOR OF PUBLIC OFFICES      
-Conducted accounting / auditing activities on public officials;
-Officials included sheriffs, county clerks, magistrates, city administrators and school boards;
-Examined records of revenues and expenses and assured compliance with state laws; and
-Produced annual reports of financial transactions for the Chief Inspector of Public Offices.  

    MAY, 1980—JANUARY, 1983 - PRIVATE LAW PRACTICE
    -Operated my own business doing primarily criminal and civil litigation.
                     
    JANUARY, 1983-JANUARY, 1993 - TOP STAFF ASSISTANT/CHIEF Of STAFF
 U.S. REPRESENTATIVE -WASHINGTON, D.C.
 
    -Coordinated efforts of city, county, state and federal agencies for in-state projects;
    -Supervised staff of up to 22 full-time and 4 part-time employees;
    -Managed budgets and financial activities for all offices;
    -Responsible for interviews, salary recommendations and all personnel matters;
    -Supervised the operation of the Washington, D.C. office and 4 state offices;
    -Coordinated efforts of staff responsible for legislative activities;
    -Coordinated constituent services between offices and constituents; and
-Made public appearances and substituted for congressman at federal and state agency meetings.

    JANUARY, 1993-PRESENT - PRIVATE LAW PRACTICE
    -Operating my own business doing primarily civil and real estate work;
    -Contract litigation, real estate, wills and estates, small business assistance; and
    -Trained and practiced as a mediator.

  COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES
    -Board of Directors-North Brunswick Chamber of Commerce; and
    -Member of Leland Planning Board.

                           Randy remains opposed to the property transfer tax. He will work to:  minimize spending and taxes, promote wise planning for future growth, help resolve current and potential traffic problems and bring quality businesses and jobs to Brunswick County
